If you've already scheduled your inspection, you're in the right place. This

Step One

Confirmation

After you book, you'll receive a confirmation that includes: date and time of your appointment, the
address for the visit, how to reach us if you have questions, and any important notes related to your
appointment. This makes sure everything is clear and locked in.

Step Two

Before We Arrive

There's nothing complicated to prepare for, but a few simple things help the visit go smoothly. If you
can, we recommend: take a minute to think through any questions you want to ask, make sure we have
access to the areas you want us to check (attic, exterior, problem areas), and if you have photos of
past work, leaks, or concerns, feel free to have those ready.

During the Inspection

We respect your time and run an efficient visit. During the inspection, you can expect: a professional evaluation of the area of concern, clear explanations of what we're seeing, time to ask questions and walk through priorities, and a straightforward conversation about what matters most. We don't drag this out. We come prepared, do the work, and communicate clearly while we're there.

After the Inspection

After the inspection, we'll walk you through what we found and what comes next. You'll leave with
clarity on: what's in good shape, what needs attention, what can wait, options moving forward if work isneeded, and next steps and timing if you choose to move forward. You should never feel unsure about what's happening or what your choices are.
